Initially we will require you to provide a summary of your building services along with detail of your current maintenance programme, from this we will generate a profile of how your building should perform.

We will analyse your system detail and then contact with cost of a full survey, the cost of which may be recoverable from the Government under one of the various schemes currently running, we will advise you on who to make contact with and how to initiate a request for financial assistance under an appropriate Government Scheme.

We will then visit your site and undertake the survey, from which we will generate our report and recommendations, which will be presented to you for your consideration.(Should we see an immediate opportunity for improvements we will advise verbally and should you wish implement measures whilst carrying out the survey).

We will then prepare a full report on your building systems operation, maintenance levels and performance; we will include our recommendations for reducing energy consumption for your consideration.

Implementation of Recommendations.   

From our survey report you will be in a position to understand what is required to improve the energy performance and comfort levels of your work place, with this you will be able to undertake works yourself or instruct us to proceed for you.
